HOTLCD H040A1 is a 4.0 inch diagonal full color 480x480 TFT display module. This 4.0 inch TFT LCD display is built in with ST7701S IC; it supports SPI+RGB Interface. H040A1 model is having module dimension of 84 x 84 mm and Active area size of 71.86(H) x 70.18(V) mm; it integrated ST7701S controller on module, logic supply voltage range from 2.4V to 2.8V.It is very suitable for display in 86 boxes, smart home panels, etc.
