This 4.0-inch TFT LCD display adopts 480x3(RGB)x800 resolution, with a display area of 51.84mm×86.40mm. It is equipped with full viewing angle (80 degrees up, down, left and right) technology to ensure that the picture is full of color and has a wide viewing angle. Whether it is industrial control, medical equipment or consumer electronics, it can present a clear and delicate visual experience.
This 4.0-inch TFT LCD display is equipped with ST7701Sdriver chip, supports RGB+9b_SPI (rising edge) and RGB+16b_SPI (falling edge) dual interface modes, and flexibly adapts to different system requirements. Its operating voltage range is 2.8V~3.6V, compatible with mainstream embedded platforms, built-in white LED backlight system, 8 LED series design provides 500cd/m² typical brightness, meeting the high visibility requirements in diverse indoor and outdoor lighting environments. The product has passed rigorous reliability testing and can operate stably in an environment of -20℃ to +70℃. It also has anti-vibration and anti-static (contact ±4KV/air ±8KV) capabilities, adapting to the harsh challenges of industrial scenarios.
